DPOrganizer is a SaaS company that develops a tool that helps privacy teams manage their processing of personal data, improve internal collaboration and simplify communication. With customers in 20 countries and offices in Stockholm and London we are growing rapidly and we are now looking for new Swedish and English speaking talents to join the Customer Success Team in Stockholm.

Our Customer Success Team are the ones that are trusted with giving our customers a life time value. By growing strong relationships and always exceeding the customer's expectations, we help them to achieve their goals. Today we are looking for additional talents to join this fantastic and service minded team.

Who are you?
As a Customer Success Manager you need to have the ability to earn the customers’ trust and to be service minded regardless of the challenges they might face. As an expert of the DPOrganizer tool, you will be the main point of contact for the customer and their guide to how the tool can be used to meet their goals.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Onboard new accounts, making sure that they are ready and set up to succeed. 
  • Maintaining great contact with existing customers via periodic meetings and touch points. 
  • Serve as the liaison between our customers, product team, sales, marketing, etc, in order to communicate their needs and pain points. 
  • Coach your accounts with strategies, advice, and best practices.
  • Identify and act on both upsell opportunities and known risk behaviours.

  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English (mandatory)
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Experience in using CRM & Support tools, Salesforce experience is beneficial
