Sales Executive Software – Lead Development, £20- £24k

What we are looking for : 

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join our sales team in London.  We would like you to be creative and fun, but professional and responsive with customers. You will need an engaging phone manner and clear conversation skills with fluent English. It is a busy role with many interactions per day, so you will need to be organised and enjoy the momentum. We have a strong focus on company culture and your fit with our flexible, positive team is as important as your skills.

If you have experience in sales and in particular in the legal or software industries then this would be a bonus, however, our team will give you all the training that you will need, plus a MacBook/laptop, choice of mobile phone, expense account and a performance based bonus. There is the opportunity to travel, to acquire stock options, we promote from within and we provide a generous holiday entitlement.

We receive a lot of inbound leads direct and via partners so a key part of this role will be to contact, qualify, start to build the customer relationship and arrange briefings for them. You will participate in outbound lead generation using campaigns, outbound calls, email, social media events and your own creative ideas to generate new business

Our partners will be an important focus, you will be actively involved in their enablement, help them to generate new business using call out days on their premises and help them to arrange campaigns and events. You will own a quota and be involved in every sales stage from prospect to closure. We operate a flexible working model so you will have the ability to work from home, business partners and our flexible offices.
