Telesales Specialist (IT/Software Sales)

DP Organizer helps companies take control of their personal data processing. 

After the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) that came into force this May 2018, personal data management has become the top priority of every company and we are a fast-growing startup on our way to become leaders within this area. 

We are rapidly expanding across Europe and currently expanding our inside sales team with a Telesales specialist to target the UK market. You will be working from our HQ office in Stockholm and reporting to your senior sales manager.  

Your Responsibilities:

We have several lead lists accumulated through our lead generation systems and marketing efforts and we would need your help to: 

  • Prioritize the leads based on success parameters derived from previous sales.
  • Initiate contact with the qualified leads through cold-calling and cold-messaging.
  • Qualify the prospects and book meetings with our sales managers.
  • Identify new channels to generate more quality leads to expand our reach. 

Requirements: 

Our current inside sales executives work with a goal of booking 1 meeting/ day making around 50 to 100 calls every single workday.  

So, to be successful in this role, we believe your personality and drive within sales plays a stronger role than experience. 

Hence the key requirements for the role are: 

  • Being disciplined, structured, consistent and sales spirited.
  • Experience within lead generation, lead qualification and Sales is a big plus.
  • Native fluency in English is a key requirement (since we’re targeting the UK market).
